Currently I can't move a file into a different folder I create and would have to re-upload the file. Drag and drop feature would be great.

Setting Priority Levels: This feature will allow users to set priority levels for each task in their CRM. The priority level could be low, medium, or high. Users can also assign a due date to each task. Benefits of Priority Levels: With priority levels, users can quickly identify which tasks are urgent and which can be done later. This helps users to focus on the most critical tasks and ensure that they are completed on time. Users can manage their time effectively, reduce stress, and increase productivity by prioritizing tasks. Who Would Benefit: This feature would benefit anyone who uses a CRM system to manage their tasks, including salespeople, customer service representatives, project managers, and business owners. It is particularly useful for people who have a large number of tasks to manage and need to prioritize their work effectively. How it Should Work: To set priority levels, users can select a task and assign a priority level to it. The CRM system should then display the tasks in order of priority, with the most urgent tasks at the top of the list. Users should also be able to filter their tasks by priority level and due date to see only the tasks that are most important or urgent. The system should also send reminders and notifications to users when a task is due or overdue.

It'd be great to connect a Google Docs account so we can import docs and have them show up live in Edworking like Edworking doc's currently show up. I know the idea is to replace Google Docs, but many of us have 1000's of doc's already in G-doc. Being able to work on Google docs directly in Edworking, would be POWERFUL! I'd literally NEVER have to leave Edworking. Upbase has this ability if you need a visual example. At the VERY LEAST, having a way to upload Google Docs/Sheet/Slides links in the media or files section of tasks would be helpful (like you can do in Trello).

It would be beneficial to include additional options when right clicking on the "Files" folder. These options could be "Create Folder", "Upload File" and "Upload Folder".

I would have loved as an Admin to be able to create a doc and mark it as "Read-only" so no one, except Admins, can edit the doc or delete it. That way I can save important docs without fearing that the team might delete or edit the doc. I would also have liked "Read-only" tasks for the same reason. If a task is marked "Read-only" a team member can't delete or move it. Only Admin can. Now I, as a team member, can move and edit tasks even if I am not assigned to them. It could also be beneficial to add the option in tasks to lock them so only the assigned team members (or Admin) can edit or move the task. This way I can prevent random team members to move or edit a task that is not assigned to them. Come to think of it, this could replace the need for Read-only tasks as Admin will prevent anyone from editing the task by not assigning any team members to it.

Have access to be able to send audio recordings in chat to team members.

It'd be great to schedule meetings through Edworking!

When someone removes something, we don't know. Can you provide a notification when someone removes something?

Edworking need not reinvent tools that are already available in market such as Miro (for diagrams), Airtable for interactive list view etc. if not via native embed, can start with iframe first

I want to give some users permissions to do more things than others. For example, I might choose to make a few users moderators. I may decide to give some users permission to work on multiple workspaces. In other cases, I might only give users permission to work on a specific workspace, meaning they can post on that workspace, but nowhere else. Even within the same workspace, there can be different levels of editing permissions, but typically Iβd want to give users the ability to make posts, and maybe to edit or remove their own posts. Also, if thereβs a lot of participants in a workspace, I may divide them into groups, and give one person in each group the ability to make posts on behalf of the other members of the group. The other members of the group that donβt have the permission to make posts can share their ideas on a group chat, which only their group is able to see.

It would be a significant improvement to incorporate the ability to preview files in the application, especially those in popular formats such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and EPS. By enabling previewing of these file types, users would be able to quickly and conveniently preview their content without having to open each file individually in its corresponding program. This would make it easier to find and select specific files, saving time and improving workflow efficiency.

It would be useful to be able to reference a specific doc or file in a task or in a chat. For tasks this could be solved by, for example, using the link button in the editor. By using the link feature I can choose to link to a URL (like today), Doc, or File. When choosing for example File, I can start to type the name of the file and it will auto-suggest the file name.

It would be really helpful to have the ability to create a Space template with sections, tasks, files, and docs. When creating a new Space, I can choose to use my own template so I don't have to rename all the sections and add all the files and docs that I use for every project.
